The Southern African Journal of HIV Medicine (SAJHIVMED), under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Professor Gary Maartens, invites you to submit a manuscript for publication. Authors from all countries, not just southern Africa, are encouraged to submit. 

 

Being DHET and PubMed Central® accredited the SAJHIVMED focuses on HIV management and prevention, and other related topics relevant to clinical and public health practice.

 

The purpose of the journal is to disseminate research and to support high-level learning related to HIV medicine. The journal publishes original research articles, editorials, case reports/case series, and reviews of state-of-the-art clinical practice.

 

Manuscripts are published on an ongoing basis and are open access. Papers are double-blind peer-reviewed, and it takes approximately 30 days following submission for the first decision to be communicated with authors.
